By filling out this interest form, you’re letting us know you’d like to be part of a quiet, retreat-style 11th Step Meditation Workshop with light lunch, simple teachings on meditation and Step 11, guided mini-meditations, a Y12-style sharing circle with gentle, accessible yoga, and a 30-minute sound bath for deep relaxation and “listening” in stillness, followed by a brief closing and reflection. No prior meditation or yoga experience is needed—just a desire to grow in conscious contact in a calm, supportive AA setting.
